1. About Our Products

Our products are handmade and/or customized with care. Because handmade items are individually created, slight variations in colors, patterns, materials, placement, and overall appearance may occur.

These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for the customer and are made in the order they are received.

By placing a custom order, you agree that:

• Custom designs may vary slightly from inspiration photos.

• Inspiration photos are used as a reference and not a guarantee of an exact replica.

• Design details, colors, names, themes, and other requested information must be provided accurately by the customer.

• Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

• Custom orders cannot be canceled simply because the customer changes their mind.

3. Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product.

• Custom Wreaths: 7–14 business days

• Wreaths from the Collection: 5–7 business days

• Custom Snowglobe & Lava Tumblers: 7–10 business days

• Sublimation Tumblers: 5–7 business days

Processing time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order. It does not include shipping/transit time.

Processing times may occasionally be extended due to holidays, high order volume, supply delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payments

Payment must be received according to the payment terms provided at checkout or during the custom-order process before an order will be placed into production.

By submitting payment, you confirm that the information provided for your order is accurate.

5. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Because our products are handmade and many are created specifically for individual customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect color or design preference

• Ordering the wrong item

• Customer-provided incorrect information

• Failure to review or approve design details

• Normal variations associated with handmade products

6. Damaged Items

We carefully package orders before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of:

• The damaged product

• The shipping package

• The packaging materials

After reviewing the damage, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

7. Shipping

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spelling, addresses, colors, personalization details, and other customization requests.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Product Care

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their handmade products after delivery. Care instructions may be provided with certain products.

Improper use, washing, storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to follow care instructions may result in damage and is not considered a product defect.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs, photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, written content, and branding displayed on this website are the property of the business unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our original designs, photographs, branding, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or prevent others from using it.

12. Pricing & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, or cancel an order when necessary.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun, particularly for custom or personalized products.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will be considered based on the status of the order.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on our website.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically.

15. Agreement

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our Final Sale, Custom Order, Processing, and Damaged Item Policies.
