All wreath purchases are FINAL SALE. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, color preference, design preference, or incorrect selections.

🎀 Custom Wreath Orders

Custom wreath orders are created in the order they are received. Each wreath is handmade with care and attention to detail, so please allow 7–14 business days for your custom wreath to be completed and shipped.

Processing time begins once all necessary order details, design information, and/or approvals have been received.

Please keep in mind that a custom wreath will not be an exact replica of an inspiration photo. Inspiration photos are used as a guide, and your finished wreath will be created as a unique handmade masterpiece. Similar colors, themes, and elements may be incorporated while allowing room for creative interpretation.

Wreaths that are already available in our Wreath Collection typically require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

📦 Shipping & Processing

Processing times do not include shipping/transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Custom Cup & Tumbler Policy

All custom cup and tumbler sales are FINAL SALE. Because each item is personally designed and made to order, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted due to change of mind, color preference, design preference, or ordering the wrong item/size.

✨ Custom Snowglobe & Lava Tumblers

Please allow 7–10 business days for your custom Snowglobe and Lava Tumbler to be completed and shipped. Processing time begins after your order and any required design details or approvals have been received.

✨ Sublimation Tumblers

Please allow 5–7 business days for your Sublimation Tumbler to be completed and shipped.

📦 Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to help prevent damage during shipping. However, if your cup/tumbler arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The damaged cup/tumbler
• The packaging it arrived in
• The shipping box/envelope

A refund or replacement may be considered for items that arrive damaged, at our discretion, after the damage has been reviewed.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damage reported after this time may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Each cup is handcrafted and uniquely made just for you. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colors, glitter placement, patterns, and designs may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes your tumbler one-of-a-kind.
